Staro Rīga 2014: Viens mirklis ar Rīgas gadalaikiem
One of the best Staro Riga objects since the beginning of this festival in 2008, was "One moment with light fountains" back in 2011. This year the light fountains were again set up, although they weren't as impressive (at least from photographic perspective) as 3 years ago.
