When it's too cold to swim in the sea, what can you do - go to the swimming pool. This piece of Soviet time architecture is located in Ķīpsala island, between right and left banks of the city.

That's interesting. I live in the southern part of United States, in Phoenix, Arizona. We have very few indoor pools there.
