Unfinished buildings from end of 80ies - last years of Soviet rule still are looming in some places. This is unfinished new corpus of Gaiļezers hospital, it has become as one of popular places between urban explorers. It offers a great view to Riga from it's top so it should be cool to climb up one day.

strange logic... builds up a whole building, but stops it in the end!
