104th serie commieblocks
16-floor highrises in Mežciems district belongs to 104th serie of Riga commieblock buildings. They were started to build in 70ies, and they don't form their own districts but are scattered between other types of commieblocks. 104th serie buildings are either such 16-floorers or 12th floor highrises like these ones from Pļavnieki:
