New Teika | Jaunā Teika

 New Teika. One of largest and, as it seems, the most dense newly built quarter in Riga. New Teika has both apartment and office buildings and together with near-by former VEF factory quarter (on the other side of Brivibas street) it makes an important IT cluster here with such global scale company offices as "Accenture", "Tieto" (recent study shows that exactly Riga is the center of Baltic states in terms of number of programmers, it surpass Tallinn, Kaunas and Vilnius). 

 Jaunā Teika. Viens no lielākajiem un, šķiet, visblīvāk apbūvētais jaunais kvartāls Rīgā. Jaunajā Teikā ir gan dzīvokļu, gan biroju ēkas, un kopā ar bijušo VEF rūpnīcas kvartālu Brīvības ielas otrā pusē šeit atrodas nozīmīgs IT uzņēmumu klasteris ar tādiem milžiem kā "Accenture", "Tieto" (kā liecina nesen publiskots pētījums, tieši Rīgā ir visvairāk nodarbināto programmētāju Baltijā, pārspējot Tallinu, Kauņu un Viļņu).
