 Matisa street 16. Matisa street 16 is one of most interesting (the architecture is a a bit unusual) pre-war tenement buildings in Riga centre. It's one of rare buildings by architect Wilhelm Neumann, built in 1902.

 Matīsa iela 16. Matīsa iela 16 ir viena no interesantākajām (jo arhitektūra ir mazliet neparasta) pirmskara īres ēkām Rīgas centrā. Tā ir viena no retajām arhitekta Vilhelma Johana Kārļa Neimaņa projektētajām celtēm, uzbūvēta 1902. gadā.
