Ģertrūdes iela 70

   
This 1898 building on Ģertrūdes street 70 has changed at least 4 hotel owners in last decade. In the picture you see it as "Ramada" hotel, but it has belonged also Wellton chain, has been known as "FG Gertrude hotel" and nowadays it is Rixwell hotel. The place is a bit remote but still in the centre. Surrounding area is not in the best shape, maybe that's why hotel business not so easy going there?


Šajā 1898. gadā celtajā, Alekseja Kīzelbaša projektētajā ēkā pēdējo desmit gadu laikā nomainījušies vismaz četri viesnīcu īpašnieki. Attēlā tā redzama kā "Ramada" viesnīca, bet vēl bijusi pazīstama kā "FG Gertrude hotel", "Wellton Gertrude", bet šodien ir Rixwell viesnīca.
