This beautiful private house is located on one of nicest private housing areas in Riga - Dārzciems (Garden village, in translation). Although posh villas district in Mežaparks or in Jūrmala town is considered to be much more prestigious (millionaires live there), I would rather choose a Dārzciems or Teika as a place for my house because I like open, garden-style sceneries much more than living below pine forest, where you get maybe fresher air but also blocked view and much less sunlight.
