Rūpniecības iela 23 - State Environmental Service (Valsts vides dienests)
State Environment Service (Valsts vides dienests) building is located in rather appropriate place - in a cosy green corner of Viesturdārzs park, about one km to the North from Riga centre. I couldn't find info about this interesting looking Modernism/Brutalism building itself but apparently it is built in Soviet years (or maybe 90ies?).
