Ziedoņdārza mājas

Ziedoņdārzs park is a park in Riga centre and in 2007 there was built a new apartment project right next to it - Ziedoņdārza mājas. However, only those flat owners who has a view to the park could be regarded as owners of good property because the other side of the building is facing Čaka street - one of centre streets with most traffic/smell/noise.
