Modern apartment buildings' corner in overally soviet Purvciems - in forefront, it's "Purvciema projekts" and in background you see "Astra Lux" highrise. As you see, the planning hasn't gone any far from soviet times. The modernity, freshness make buildings to look much more appealing than their older sisters around, but how they will look after 30-40 years? [full_width]

We have a few places with similar, very colorful high-rises. They are photogenic at least.
