This house in Mežaparks district is a visual example of economical segregation - apparently the house is divided between 2 owners of whom one has been wealthy enough to renovate his side, but the other one stays neglected. It's interesting that exactly in this part of Mežaparks (south-western) there were several more houses with the same setting - one half renovated, the other - not. [full_width]
