One of modern housing projects (with a new street) which was built in real estate market soap bubble time. Not very appealing if you ask me, but at least this village of 9 apartment houses (there were planned 14) is not located outside Riga (thus it's not fueling it's urban sprawl) but actually just 5 km from city centre, in Bišumuiža area.
