Breathtaking glitter. Really?

This advertisement billboard is almost ironical - in English the slogan reads "Breathtaking glitter. Unmatched colors". Well, the building's facade and roof is far from this "breathtaking glitter and unmatched colors" (although not between the worst ones in Riga). I think there should be made a law - at least 50% of the income which house owner gets from placing billboards on the building should be dedicated to that building's renovation fund. Here the idea for parliament lawmakers and Riga mayor. [full_width]
