Graudu iela 40 - "Liepu nams"

Real estate boom crash left empty many new apartment buildings in Riga, and ironically - the best of them, because those built in first years which were quickly sold out was lower quality than those built in last years, when developers had to compete harder. Graudu street 40 - "Liepu nams" ("The house of lindens") - seems to be a very nice place to live. Despite of, it seems still noone lives here, although the project was finished back in 2008.
