Alauksta street 9 is one of newest modern apartment buildings in Riga. In the post in the beginning of this year I posted a photo of this and another one project nearby which were started in real estate boom time but then halted. Now this one is finished - will be commissioned in November 1. Sadly, the other one (Aizkulises) is still silent, no activity there.
