Rīgas TEC-2

Riga's TEC-2 (2nd thermal power station, termoelektrostacija) is the place from where most energy for Riga's central heating comes. TEC-2 was started to operate in 1975, it's current electrical output is 662 MW, thermal output - 1347 MW. This massive industrial monster is located in south-eastern outskirts of Riga. [full_width]
