In overall, Riga is low-rise and mid-rise city, and that's the reason why highrises seems something more special here, not like, f.e., in huge megalopolises like Sao Paolo, where they are so many that they lose any charm. Highrise living in Riga can offer unblocked view over almost all city.
In upper picture you see skyline of Imanta, Riga's densest apartment highrise cluster consisting of 10 towers. Second picture shows Panorama Plaza highrises alongside highway to airport (one of them is highest tower in left bank, not including Ķīpsala island). In the third picture, Astra Lux - highest building in right bank Riga, located in Purvciems.

There are people who call Riga one of the most beautiful cities they have seen, and there are others who think completely opposite. And both of them is right - Riga is The Beauty and The Beast in one, a city with 1000 faces. Are you ready to meet it's Soul?

You are the master of the night, your photos are excellent, but if they are at night ... they are inimitable.
