Aglona basilica is the most Eastern catholic pilgrimage place in Europe - every August there comes sometimes even up to 500 000 pilgrims. It is located in Latgale, Eastern Latvia, in scenic area between 2 lakes. Right next to it is a spring with most delicious water I have ever tasted.
