Office building
In real estate and economic boom period new office buildings were built in quite many places in Riga, this one is located in Ziepniekkalns district. Don't know why but architectonic quality of office buildings has been much better than average level of apartment buildings - I like this one too. However now around 30% office space stays empty in Riga although the market has started to move a bit since this year. How is the office buildings development in other cities?
