This "town of garages" is located right between the centre and Purvciems commieblock suburb, next to railway ring. I don't have a clue what cars are kept there, because the nearest appartments is quite far from there, I wonder do these garages are really used by Purvciems or Grīziņkalns inhabitants to keep their cars?
