Riga's narrowest pavement

This should be the narrowest pavement in Riga - it's literally some 30-40 centimetres wide in this place. One have to be really thin to walk there... This is Bolderāja district - far historical suburb, about 15 km from the centre to north. I just have started to think about - interestingly, what's the Guinness record for narrowest pavement in the world? Recently other Latvian town - Ventspils adjusted Guinness record for the longest floral carpet. Maybe this pavement is also deserving Guinness record? :)
