Illegal railway crossing

Walking over railway lines to trolleybus stop at Slāvu street is actually illegal, but every day hundreds or even thousands people do it - including me. We are just too lazy to climb up on the stairs and walk over on the air bridge. Sadly, this is taking several lifes every year - just recently train ran over a young boy, who went to the Hesburger after some burgers. He was hearing-impaired and didn't hear the coming train. Officials have decided that this should be brought to an end and in the nearest months they plan to start to build the fence on sides of railway.
