Capitalist advertisements on socialist highrises

Since today another one Riga's Soviet highrise - Agriculture Ministry - has got a huge advertisement by capitalist corporation (could have Soviet power imagine that when they build the tower ~30 years ago?). Btw, just some 500 metres away, on the opposite side of Daugava, on Press House Tele2 is advertising, while some 2 kilometres to south, on top of Latvian Television highrise is placed LG advertisement.
