Triple highway

Now that's infrastructure - one highway for cars, second highway for bycicles and third highway for walkers. :) Bicyclists are one of heralds of spring - now we're (I'm one of them) everywhere in Riga. Riga can hardly be described as a "bicycle friendly" city, but the situation has improved in the last years. City planners just had to respond to the rapid growth of bicycle drivers and now several bicycle roads are built at least.
