Ice fishing in industrial environment

Ice fishermans in Riga are in many places - as you see here, even on Sarkandaugava river besides heavily industrialized areas, and even in -15 or lower temperatures. Btw, last summer there was an emergency situation because of possible chemical catastrophe (due to dangerous chemical reactions in one container) not far from the place.
