Riga in slush

This is how Riga looks in slush. Last Wednesday I traveled through city with public transport after my new laptop, and saw that even in the commieblock districts main streets were all more or less jammed, public transport moved with almost walking speed - had to drive in bus some hour to overcome only 8-9 kms. Usually the traffic jams are mainly in the centre, and I haven't seen the commieblock areas jammed before.
