When looking at the illuminated windows of apartment buildings in this photo, one can't even tell that there is a problem with population decrease in Riga centre (and apparently the problem could be smaller than official statistics shows because many of the apartments inhabitants are tenants).

Skatoties uz ēku izgaismotajiem logiem, pat nevar pateikt, ka Rīgas centrā tiešām pastāvētu problēma ar strauju iedzīvotāju skaita sarukumu. Un iespējams, ka šī problēma arī nav tik liela, kā oficiālā statistika rāda, jo liela daļa dzīvokļu iemītnieku ir īrnieki.
