Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 76

One of 80ies experimental soviet brick architecture examples, built in two stages from 1980 to 1988. Monumental building is located on a distant, north-eastern part of Riga centre and it is higher and much more massive than most of surrounding 5-6 floor built-up. It was designed for soviet Latvia's elite at the time, thus got also good, well planned apartments.

Viena no astoņdesmito gadu eksperimentālajām ķieģeļu ēkām padomju arhitektūrā, celta divos posmos no 1980. līdz 1988. gadam (arhitekti J. Paegle, E. Treimanis).
